understated elegance excellent bar serious lack poor hospitality
the building had an elegance i found understated it felt high quality. the bar offered excellent cocktails i enjoyed. staff responded promptly to requests like an extra bathrobe it was nice.
despite staying at the hotel, eating after the show was problematic. the lack of hospitality disappointed me i expected more.

the room was spacious and included all necessary amenities. the hotel design was very beautiful, particularly the lounge and dining areas. the staff was attentive, flexible, and professional. i found the lifts efficient.
I found it inconvenient that i needed to book a table for drinks. This affected my ability to enjoy the hotel bar freely.

a luxurious and nice stay
fabulous decor great furnishings lovely atmosphere
the decor was fabulous, with great furnishings that created a lovely atmosphere. i found the staff amazing as they couldn't do enough to help me. i particularly appreciated the coffee facilities and the thoughtful touch of a bottle of fresh milk. the team was amazing.
the extractor fan was not working in the bathroom.

clean room excellent pressure great location
the room was very clean. the shower had excellent water pressure. the hotel had a great location near restaurants (i found a great italian place).
I found only shampoo. There was no soap for hand washing.
